Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of litigation and transactional cases, representing clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings, and ensuring meticulous preparation of all necessary legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle litigation and transactional cases from inception to resolution, including appeals where necessary.
  • Represent clients in immigration litigation and administrative hearings across various forums.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and court filings with precision and accuracy.
  • Prepare appeal briefs and legal responses to requests from immigration authorities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in non-immigrant matters, particularly in business-related visa applications.

Requirements:**
  • Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and represent clients in different jurisdictions.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Admission to the California Bar is preferred.
