- Demonstrate proficiency in non-immigrant matters, particularly in business-related visa applications.
- Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Willingness to travel and represent clients in different jurisdictions.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
