Mission Valley based plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking an associate attorney to join our team. Associates handle cases from intake through trial with mentorship from senior attorneys and supported by trained staff. Responsibilities include interviewing/onboarding new clients; engaging with case management team re medical treatment; handling settlement demands/negotiations; assist in planning and managing litigation including discovery, law & motion practice, taking/defending depositions, mediation/settlement conferences, and trial.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication and analytical skills; who is detail-oriented, organized, reliable and a team player; who demonstrates strong time management and project management skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; we have a strong preference for applicants with at least 2 years of personal injury experience.
