Our NJ office seeks an associate to join our Mass Torts Litigation team.
Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of civil defense litigation experience with a focus in toxic tort/environmental defense litigation. The candidate will be expected to regularly handle court appearances and depositions, draft pleadings and briefs, prepare correspondence and conduct legal research. Active NJ bar license required, completed judicial clerkship preferred
