Description:
A Mid-Sized Law Firm is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate with 3-6 years of litigation and/or employment law experience to join our Florham Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and talented attorney who seeks challenging work assignments with a reasonable hourly requirement. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents.
- Prepare discovery responses and requests.
- Conduct legal research.
- Provide client status reports.
- Other litigation-related matters as needed.
- Participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
- Litigation experience, including discovery, depositions and preparing dispositive motions.
- Admission to New Jersey required; New York preferred.
- Federal or N.J. Appellate, Chancery or Law Division clerkship preferred.
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently.
