Our NJ office seeks an attorney to join our Asbestos/Product Liability department. Candidates should have 5+ years of prior toxic tort/ asbestos defense litigation. The candidate will take depositions, and attend trials, hearings, and mediations as required. Will draft pleadings and briefs. Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. Draft interrogatories and document demands. Review document collections in preparation for litigation. Submit filings to the court. Must be admitted to practice in NJ.
