An Employment, Business Litigation Law Firm, is seeking an associate to be a part of our government representation and civil litigation practice groups. Qualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in government representation, complex commercial cases, insurance defense, and/or other general civil litigation. We are looking for someone with experience litigating cases from start to finish, including experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, and drafting motions and conducting oral argument. We would love someone who has actual trial experience, either as first or second chair, although this is not required. Property tax appeal experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be members in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
