A Full Service Law Firm is a well-established law firm with
offices throughout the metro Atlanta area that primarily specializes in
community association law, residential closings, insurance defense
litigation, and workers compensation defense. We are searching for an
associate attorney to join our community association law practice in our
main office located in Alpharetta. The position includes working within
a broad range of legal issues that generally focuses on multiple
aspects of property law, contracts, covenant interpretation and
enforcement, and corporate law. The position is mostly transactional,
but also includes some litigation, as our decades of experience show
that attorneys who become comfortable in a courtroom develop a
confidence and voice that leads to overall professional growth in their
careers. You must be a member of the Georgia Bar or awaiting results
from the February 2024 exam. The candidate we hire will have a good
amount of client contact. You must be personable, organized,
self-motivated, have a desire to learn, and have a strong work ethic.
