What Will You Do?
  • Effectively communicate with clients and referral partners
  • Train and manage your team
  • Advise clients on estate and trust administration, including uncontested and contested probate
  • Confidently interact with high-net-worth clients
  • Manage your caseload with minimal oversight
  • Draft estate plans
  • Advise client on estate planning matters
  • Develop strategies leading to the efficient resolution of cases
  • Negotiate and settle cases
  • Draft pleadings
  • Draft discovery requests and responses
  • Take depositions
  • Attend mediation, hearings, and trials

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills
  • Admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing
  • Three or more years of relevant experience related to one or more of the firm's practice areas (estate planning, probate, or business law)
  • Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness and ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins
  • Excellent communication ability, this includes using appropriate tone and professionalism when engaging with clients
  • Strong ethical compass
  • Working knowledge of finance, investments, and insurance
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to do what needs to be done
  • Service-based attitude
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude, resilient emotional intelligence, strong work ethic, good judgment, and a sense of humor
