Responsibilities include:
- Conducts initial call to new clients,
- Assess new cases,
- Respond to client inquiries,
- Attend and participate in Global Settlement Conferences,
- Approve funding requests,
- Review bodily injury and property damage demands,
- Handle Negotiations in Pre-Litigation and Litigation,
- Handle suits in a timely manner,
- Conduct mediations, depositions, and trials,
- Manage a paralegal to assist in cases
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Member in good standing with the GA State Bar
- Additionally being a member of any neighboring state bar is preferred
