A Commercial Litigation, Insurance & Labor Law Firm, a civil litigation defense firm, is currently seeking a workers' compensation associate for our Hagerstown, MD office. Maryland bar required, D.C. is a plus.Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience, the Maryland bar required, and experience in workers' compensation a plus. Experience with billing hours, and the ability to communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management. This is a hands-on position with billable hours and heavy litigation. Salary is commensurate with experience. All inquiries will be kept confidential.
