Once a month the company closes down our operations and has teambuilding and training events, such as scavenger hunts, field day, Topgolf, and murder mystery parties.

If you are a person who really enjoys interacting with clients, are comfortable and confident talking with diverse people of all ages and backgrounds, this job is for you!

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000. There are opportunities for advancement to senior attorney or partner. No previous experience in estate planning is required, upon hire you will receive all the necessary training to be successful. Any previous experience in transactional law (such as personal injury, medical malpractice, etc.) would be valuable in this role but is not required.

In this position, your role would be to meet with individuals and families who have expressed interest in estate planning services via the company's marketing efforts (you don't have to bring in your own clients). You would listen to their concerns, as well as their goals and objectives, and propose the best solution to help them achieve their objectives (typically an Asset Protection Trust or a Revocable Living Trust). You would guide them to make a decision to move forward with your proposed plan, collecting partial payment. Our paralegal team would draft the plan documents and you would lead any subsequent meetings with the clients to review the documents and make sure they understand and agree.

Your work hours will be 8:00a-5:30p Monday through Friday, with an occasional schedule of 7am-6pm based on the needs of the business. No weekend work is required or expected.

For those who prefer it, we also offer a schedule of 12pm - 8pm 4 weekdays a week (your choice of which), and 8am - 12pm on Saturdays.

This is not a remote position, your worksite would be our office located in Towson, Maryland or our Annapolis, Maryland office where we see clients. There is no expectation of court work or litigation.

Our company culture is very ambitious, and the company has grown an average of 50% or more each year since it was founded. We are on track to exceed this in the next two years and beyond, and we are excited to expand our reach and help more clients! Our team enjoys working together and tracking our results, and celebrating when we've hit our goals. As a member of the team, you are results-oriented and driven to help us make our team goals. You enjoy predictability and routine, and are able to see clients back-to-back, up to five 90-minute meetings in a day.

Our ideal candidate is a thoughtful listener, able to discern from client interactions what the best service plan would be for the client and educating them on its value. You have an engaging personality and are able to earn a client's trust by building rapport while being personable and sociable. You listen to their concerns and help them make a decision to move forward to help them achieve their goals.
