Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney at A Workers Compensation, Personal Injury Law Firm. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to law, motions, courts, trials, and depositions. The role requires strong analytical and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to argue cases in court.Qualifications:
- Experience in law, motions, courts, and trials
- Proficiency in conducting depositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Admission to the CT Bar
- Experience in personal injury and workers' compensation law is a plus
- RI Bar licenseis a plus
