A Personal Injury Law Firm, an established and growing Plaintiff's personal injury firm (with emphasis on motor vehicle claims), is seeking an initiative-taking, detail-oriented associate attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience or insurance claims experience looking for professional growth and career development. The ideal candidate will manage cases from start to finish to include:- Intake and case evaluation
- Research
- Draft and review pleadings and motions
- Attend depositions, mediations and arbitrations
- Court appearances
- Trials and/or trial negotiations
