Your role at An American Global Manufacturer & Marketer of Consumer and Professional Products Company:
As a Technology Corporate Counsel you will be part of a highly collaborative, innovative and inclusive legal team that delivers world-class legal services to our company and our business partners; you will help driving our business strategy and guiding the Company in taking smart and consistent decisions align with our values.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, the role will support IT/SaaS and technology agreements. We are seeking an outstanding technology attorney with strong business orientation who is looking for a new challenge to join our team.

In this role, you will:
  • Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and advising on contract risk mitigations, in the areas of IT/technology/EULA/SaaS agreements, and others.
  • Interact with all internal and external partners.
  • Supporting the Company's technology transformation goals and special projects, as needed.
  • Developing and implementing legal training for business and procurement teams.
  • Helping business partners on a variety of legal questions.
  • Supporting Company's contracting practices through cross-functional critical initiatives.

What we look for:
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an attorney at a well-respected law firm and/or in-house law team for large companies.
  • Required to be a member of the California State Bar or eligible to register under the California State Bar in-house counsel program.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements.
  • Experience handling various projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment with proven skills in prioritizing tasks.
