We are seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join the Chicago office or another A Global Law Firm office. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of experience in IP litigation, with trial experience preferred, and a technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas. Candidates should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting and managing the discovery practice. Candidates should also have some experience participating in hearings and depositions and interfacing directly with clients.
Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
