Description:

A Law Firm Handling Corporate and Technology Matters, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join the Downtown Los Angeles office with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience to assist with our bustling M&A practice, which spans a wide variety of industries.

At A Law Firm Handling Corporate and Technology Matters, we train our associates and help them grow as lawyers, and part of that training involves early and frequent work directly with clients. We have superb clients, and we work on interesting and cutting-edge projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level. Our energetic team of corporate attorneys work with clients ranging from private to public companies, startups and emerging businesses to international corporations, and they span a diverse range of industries including aerospace and defense, consumer products, electronics, entertainment, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail and technology. This is a Partnership-track position and offers great growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have focused primarily on M&A transactions during their career and will have significant hands-on experience executing deals in this area at a law firm with a national reputation. The ability to work with other team members and clients, and take ownership of projects, is essential.

Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Admission in California is required.
