We are looking for an exceptional attorney to join our Corporate Legal team. You will be the attorney responsible for a variety of corporate governance matters relating to A Digital Currency Exchange Company's global operations. This will include managing board matters, director and officer relationships, establishing new entities across the world, and partnering with other members of A Digital Currency Exchange Company legal team on a wide variety of matters.

What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):

Lead corporate governance matters for a wide variety of A Digital Currency Exchange Company entities and operations, including preparing board and committee materials, corporate resolutions, and working with executive management and directors in preparation for and during board meetings.
Lead initial formation or post acquisition integration of new entities across the globe.
Be the primary point of contact on the Corporate Legal team for directors, officers and executives.
Manage requests related to subsidiary matters received by the Corporate Legal team from various departments within the company.
Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders, including business, regulatory, compliance, risk, finance, tax and others.
Assist with various projects that may arise.

What We Look for in You (ie. Job Requirements):

Approximately six or more years of relevant corporate legal experience at a leading law firm, or comparable in house practice.
Expertise and experience in managing and maintaining US and international corporate entities.
Excellent project management, negotiation, drafting, and time management skills.
Excellent judgment, analytic rigor, and business pragmatism.
Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small).
