Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Attorney. The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases. The day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings, etc. We offer a competitive salary based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law
- Experience in providing legal advice and representing clients in personal injury cases
- Excellent research and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In good standing with the State Bar of California
