Position Overview:
As an integral member of our Family Law practice, you will handle a broad spectrum of matters, including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support, modifications, and more. From inception to resolution, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and have the opportunity to take on challenging cases.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
  • Extensive experience handling family law litigation matters.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs and other pleadings addressing sophisticated legal issues in complex family law matters.
  • Experience preparing for and attending depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, attending hearings, and taking trials.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
  • Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
  • Managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
