An Estate Planning Attorney is seeking a mid-level Estate Litigation Associate for its growing, exciting and fast-paced Estate Litigation practice group. Qualified candidate must have at least 3-5 years of Trust & Estates and/or Commercial Litigation experience, excellent writing, oral communication and time management/organization skills. Candidates must also have general experience with business entities. A general knowledge of estate planning and administration issues and strategies is a plus.
