Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role as an Attorney at A Personal Injury Attorney in New York located in Queens, NY. The Attorney must have at least 5 years experience in personal injury law and civil litigation. Must have strong research and writing ability and will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, preparing legal documents such as motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, memorandum of law, conducting legal research, attending depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The Attorney will also collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible legal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in civil litigation required
