An International Commercial Law Firm, recently ranked as a Leading Firm in The Legal 500 US 2022, and maintained our rankings in Chambers USA 2022 for Insurance and Insurance: Dispute Resolution, is seeking Associates with 3+ years' insurance coverage litigation experience to join its Miami/Fort Lauderdale team.Candidates must be licensed in Florida with at least 3 years of insurance/insurance coverage experience. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities. Top candidates will have practical case management experience in both state and federal courts, including: drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances.

Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of insurance/insurance coverage experience
- Licensed to practice in Florida
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Experience in third-party insurance coverage matters and insurance coverage litigation preferred.
- Practical case management experience in federal court is also preferred
