A Consumer Retail Banking & Financial Services Litigation Law Firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our financial services and banking litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience. Experience in commercial litigation, financial services litigation and debt collection litigation is strongly preferred. This position can be hybrid or fully remote, but candidates must reside in the state of Florida and be licensed Florida attorneys.Job Description:
- Conduct research and writing.
- Respond to discovery.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Attend court hearings.
- Conduct mediations.
- Prepare for and attend trials.
Requirements:
- Must have a great work ethic and work well within a team.
- Must be proactive, responsible, diligent, and responsive.
- Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
Skills Sets:
- Must be licensed in Florida state courts.
- Florida federal court admission is strongly preferred.
