An Iowas Largest Law Firm is seeking a motivated associate attorney with 2-to-5 years of experience in litigation to join the firm's Litigation Department. Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and writing.
Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.
Manage case dockets.
Assist with discovery and document review.
Utilize trial advocacy skills in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trials.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional conduct.

Qualifications:

Juris doctorate from accredited law school. Academic transcript and class rank requested.
Licensed in Iowa or pass the Iowa Bar Exam within 1 year (or waive under reciprocity).
2 to 5 years of litigation experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technological proficiency in legal research tools.
