Experience and skills needed to succeed in the position:
3 or more years of litigation experience drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, drafting, and responding to written discovery, arguing motions, and conducting depositions; trial experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage a case load including case evaluation, draft and respond to discovery, participate in mediations and jury trials.
