Small Indianapolis law firm, located on the northside (close to 465/Keystone) seeking an attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in labor/employment/worker's compensation law. Our firm mostly focuses on worker's compensation matters for insurance companies. However, we have matters in labor and employment law as well.Responsibilities:
- Review/assess file materials/medical records received from client;
- Draft summary/recommendation(s) on how to proceed to client;
- Issue discovery, if needed;
- Review/summarize discovery responses for client
- Research case law;
- Assess investigative reports and summarize with recommendations to client;
- Attend pretrials/hearings throughout the State of Indiana.
