Proudly representing clients within various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings such as: Employment Based Visa Petitions, H-1b Petitions, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, USCIS Asylum Petitions, Work permits, and more.Experience and Education:
Our firm is looking for an Experienced Associate Attorney with:
- 3+ Years immigration experience handling matters before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR;
- Experience handling master and individuals' appearances.
- Fluency in Spanish or Chinese strongly preferred;
- Strong legal supervision skills and superb legal judgement;
- Ability to oversee and provide supervision on a reasonably high case volume and work under time pressure;
- Experience organizing and facilitating immigration workshops and immigration information sessions;
License/Certification:
- Iowa or Minnesota Bar (Required)
