Role Description:A Full-Service Law Firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our firm. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for working directly with senior attorneys and clients to ensure that all legal matters are handled in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in either civil litigation or corporate transactional law, is licensed in Illinois or Iowa, and has a willingness to learn from senior attorneys. Excellent legal research, writing skills, and time management are required.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admitted to Iowa or Illinois Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
