- Minimum 2 years of plaintiff's foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify)
- Strong track record in foreclosure law
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- Handling all aspects of foreclosure cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court
- Conducting a thorough review of foreclosure files and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Negotiating settlements and resolutions with opposing parties
- Collaborating with the internal team to provide guidance and support on foreclosure matters
- Draft documents related to plaintiff's foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures)
- Compose Lis pendens documents
- Prepare summons and complaints
- Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
- Write correspondence regarding assigned files
- Make court appearances
- Facilitate client communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in mortgage foreclosures
- Must be admitted in the State of New York
