Description:
Responsibilities:- Independently handle complex child custody disputes and divorces, including issues of domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health.
- Provide empathy and compassion for our clients, while also empowering them to take control of their own lives.
- Regularly represent clients in court including motions, hearings, and trials.
- Regularly represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
Qualifications:
- Successful experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration.
- Progressive experience working as a family law attorney.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
