Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated North Carolina (and Virginia, preferably) barred Attorney to join our legal team. Silverman Theologou LLP is a North Bethesda, Maryland based commercial and consumer collections law firm that has an immediate opening for a North Carolina barred attorney to work out of the firm's Richmond, Virginia metro area office location.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and great attention to detail. Must also have the ability to independently manage large case-loads and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Litigation experience helpful. Compensation will depend on relevant experience and knowledge. Please specify salary range and provide two to three available times to interview.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred but not required
