Description:

We are seeking motivated attorneys to join our practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Virginia or prepared to obtain licensure, possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and be dedicated to providing high quality representation on challenging, sophisticated matters. Third year students, recent graduates, and experienced lateral candidates will be considered.

Initial responsibilities will depend on experience and skill level.

  • Drafting pleadings, briefs, discovery, and other case-critical documents;
  • Conducting legal research;
  • Preparing for depositions, motions hearings, and trial; and
  • Providing second-chair assistance in court.

Lateral attorneys with prior family law experience should expect to…
  • Advise clients on all manner of family law-related matters;
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients; and
  • Serve as lead counsel for hearings and trials.
