A Los Angeles Labor & Employment Lawyer is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our amazing team! Fully remote.About Us: We are a successful California plaintiff's-side employment litigation boutique. The founder of the firm left big law on a mission to start a firm where attorneys are valued, respected, and do high quality work in a nurturing environment. We limit our cases to high-value matters with deserving clients so we can do exceptional work and transform people's lives. We recently celebrated our 5 year anniversary and look excitedly forward to continue serving our clients and supporting and caring for our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an employment litigation attorney;
- Ability to manage a case from start to finish;
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other attorneys.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases at one time.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize duties.

are based in Santa Monica, CA, but this position is fully remote. This

Compensation is based on experience. Generous benefits, including health and retirement/pension plans (including employer's contribution of 5% total annual pay) .
