We welcome applications from new attorneys recently licensed to practice law who have a strong interest in our practice areas and litigation. Successful candidates will have a combined experience in law clerk or legal assistant positions; law firm internships; or judicial clerkships. The position would also be a good fit for candidates with up to three years or more of attorney experience in employment law or litigation.

Successful candidates will have a record of outstanding achievement, superior writing and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, participation in law review, journals, clinical legal work and/or extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently licensed (Active) in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia.
• Interest in working in all phases of litigation.
• Experience in preparing demands, motions and pleadings.
• Must be able to have extensive client interaction.
• Must be able to appear in court.
• Must be willing to take and defend depositions.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organization skills and the ability to not only communicate well but to fully grasp real-life implications that these cases have on our clients.
