The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years' substantive labor and employment experience at a general practice or boutique labor and employment firm and must be able to work independently with moderate supervision. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
