Description:
A Personal Injury Attorney is seeking an attorney with at least 3-5 years' experience to support the Workers' Compensation Department.The ideal candidate(s) will participate in the representation of public and private sector clients in responding to workers' compensation claims, representing carriers and third party administrators in all phases of litigation. Individual(s) will maintain relationships and provide an excellent experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years' experience in direct handling of public and private sector clients
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Admission to New Jersey Bar
- Currently in Good Standing with the New Jersey State Bar
- No disciplinary history
- No history of professional negligence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Tech savvy – ability to learn and use legal industry software applications.
