Description:
An AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated associate to join the Wealth Strategies team in Toledo, Ohio. The candidate must have 2+ years of experience with a strong working knowledge of estate planning, probate administration and trust administration. An LL.M. in taxation or estate planning is preferred, but not required. Experience with federal estate tax returns (Form 706) and federal gift tax returns (Form 709) is a plus.What An Am Law 200 Firm offers:

Job Requirements:
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Ohio bar license
- LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred, but not essential
- 2+ years' estate planning law practice experience
- Strong technological skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and practice management systems, portals and technologies
- Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet
- Superior organizational skills
- Project management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting position static for up to one-half hour at a time
- Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to one hour per day
- Bending and stooping occasionally, up to one-half hour per day
