Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to strategize asset distribution plans
- Provide expert guidance on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
- Analyze legal situations, understand client needs, and devise strategic action plans
- Prepare wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following characteristics:
- 5+ years of Minnesota Estate Planning and Probate experience
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, tech-savvy, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong writing abilities.
