We are a boutique plaintiff's law firm with many high value cases. We have multiple trucking cases which unfortunately resulted in deaths and catastrophic injuries. We are looking for an experienced litigator who has advanced trucking litigation abilities.The ideal candidate would also want to try cases, however, if trying cases is not your strength or you feel you do not have enough experience, there are other ABOTA trial attorneys at Personal Injury Attorneys Trial Lawyers who can try cases.
We have many multi-million dollar personal injury verdicts, including an $18,000,000 wrongful death verdict, and a recent $15,000,000 settlement.
We are looking for an associate attorney to work directly with the firm's lead trial counsel. This will involve preparing cases for trial, taking expert depositions, and second chairing trials, and eventually trying cases yourself.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Advanced Knowledge of the Motor Carrier Act
- Experience with litigating Trucking cases, including identifying the correct parties, beyond just the driver and motor carrier.
- Energetic attitude and pride in work product
- High aptitude, able to learn new tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Computer savvy
Compensation includes both a base salary as well as bonuses based on case results. Its all negotiable depending on experience, as well as base salary versus how high of a bonus structure.
