Description:
An Am Law 200 Firm is actively recruiting a highly motivated Tax Attorney to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of substantial corporate and transactional tax experience, including but not limited to structuring business entities and real estate investment vehicles, along with succession planning for closely held businesses. An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning, or CPA preferred, but is not required.What An Am Law 200 Firm offers:

Job Requirements:
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active Ohio bar license
- LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning, or CPA preferred
- 5+ years' professional law practice experience (private practice or in-house preferred)
- Strong technological skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and practice management systems, portals and technologies
- Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases
- Superior organizational skills
- Project management skills, including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting position static for up to one-half hour at a time
- Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to one hour per day
- Bending and stooping occasionally, up to one-half hour per day
