Under the general direction of the Chief Counsel and the Assistant Chief Counsels, the Attorney will perform a range of duties in connection with legal issues raised by the Department's programs, focusing primarily on matters regulated by the Department's Division of Geologic Energy Management (CalGEM).

Working Conditions:
This Position Is Located in Downtown Sacramento and Is Eligible for A Hybrid Telework Schedule. at Least Three Days of Remote Work and Up to Two Days of In-Office Work per Week Is the Available Hybrid Telework Schedule for This Position.
