Responsibilities:
  • Client Representation: Advocate on behalf of clients throughout the Social Security Disability claims process, ensuring their rights are protected and needs are met.
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of disability claims, providing guidance and legal expertise to clients at every stage.
  • Legal Research: Stay informed on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to Social Security Disability to provide accurate legal advice.
  • Court Appearance: Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings to present their case effectively.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them apprised of case developments and guiding them through the legal process.

Requirements:
  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Bar membership in Arizona.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law. Social Security Disability law experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Advocacy Skills: Strong advocacy skills with a proven track record of representing clients in disability cases.
  • Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Social Security Disability laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.
