Family Law Attorneys is seeking a senior-level attorney to join its Washington practice who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service.
  • Execute case strategy with other attorneys, senior paralegals, clients, and support staff.
  • Manage your own caseload to include high-asset, complex matters.
  • Keep clients informed by maintaining regular contact and communicating case progress and strategy.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients related to the practice of family law.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
  • Attend business development and networking functions with firm leadership and solo.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years' experience practicing Family Law in Washington.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience handling matters involving asset division, custody, spousal and child support, with trial and mediation and litigation experience.
  • Have an active Washington State Bar membership.
  • Oregon State Bar membership, a plus.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience providing exceptional client service, including the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
  • Must have the ability to handle a heavy caseload and provide support to other attorneys.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must be willing to supervise staff within the practice group.
