Law Firm focused on Real Estate, Title and Foreclosure Litigation is seeking an experienced litigation associate. The applicant should have experience in all phases of litigation, including court appearances, discovery and motion practice, as well as trial and appellate practice. The position is available at the firm's main office in Westchester County, New York or in its office located in Bergen County, New Jersey. Admission to the bar in New York is required. Admission to the bar in New Jersey as well as Federal Admissions are a plus, as is experience in foreclosure litigation. Salary is commensurate with experience and ranges from $130,000 - $170,000 for qualified candidates
