Description:

This Law Firm is currently looking for an experienced Attorney with a strong background in litigation, and experience with Landlord and Tenant dispute cases.

Requirement & Qualification:

Attorney admitted to New York, and preferably also admitted to New Jersey
Candidates must have a well-organized approach to handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines; and,
Must have excellent writing and communication skills

Job descriptions:
Civil litigation experiences in business disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, Federal and State employment violation cases such as Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), worker's compensation cases and personal injuries.

License/Certification:
NY Bar (Required)
