The Position:
Qualifications:
- JD from an Accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin
- 8+ years of litigation experience required
- Experience with general liability, transportation or products liability defense preferred
- Strong knowledge of Federal rules of evidence and procedure required
- Excellent written and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required
Responsibilities:
- Assist with discovery requests and responses
- Draft pretrial motions
- Manage own cases through trial
