- A detail-oriented problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
- An individual with a strong work ethic who can manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing deadlines.
- A tax and accounting background is a plus.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with the senior partner on a diverse range of transactional matters.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and timely project completion.
- Conduct legal research, draft and review complex legal documents.
- Manage your caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
