An Estate Planning Attorney is a boutique trusts and estates and business law firm in Broward County, Florida. We work primarily with high net worth clientele in diverse industries allowing for opportunities to work on interesting and challenging matters.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate / Partner level attorney to join our busy practice.

Responsibilities include:

Preparation of estate planning documents.
Administration of estates and trusts.
Research on income, estate, and gift tax matters.
Handling of mergers and acquisitions transactional documents
Handling of residential real estate closings.
Reviewing and negotiating various common and sophisticated agreements.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
LL.M. in tax or estate planning strongly preferred.
5-8 years experience as an Attorney
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
