Candidates with wage-hour litigation expertise and experience counseling and auditing clients on wage hour compliance and government DOL investigations is a plus.

In addition to a busy litigation docket, you will work with and counsel clients on various day-to-day employment law challenges, drafting/revising handbooks, manager training, and similar activities.
