An Immigration Law Firm. is seeking a Senior Immigration Attorney to join our team. Key Emphasis:
This role places special emphasis on your proficiency in handling complex EB-1A, O-1, EB-1B, and EB-2 NIW visa petitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and filing of nonimmigrant & immigrant visa petitions, with a primary focus on EB-1A, O-1, and NIW petitions.
  • Conducting consultations with potential clients.
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients.
  • Creation and review of legal content.
  • Supervision and guidance of paralegals and support staff.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in business/corporate immigration.
  • Expertise in navigating intricate EB-1A, O-1, and NIW visa petitions, including adept responses to challenging RFEs.
  • Understanding of the PERM labor certification process and nuances of employment-based green card cases
  • Extensive familiarity with a diverse array of non-immigrant and immigrant cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and publish impactful legal content online in both text and video form.
  • Strong research and writing skills, contributing to our website (up to 20% of your time).
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. Law School and admission to a U.S. State Bar.
  • Proficiency in immigration case management systems (preferably Docketwise or MyCase).
